Warranty
LORENTZ DESIGN, INC. guarantees their products against manufacturer's
defects or defective parts for the period of one year from date
of purchase and shall be responsible for all related replacement
or exchange costs due to manufacturer's defects or defective
parts. If, however, within ninety (90) days of date of purchase,
you wish a refund or exchange for any reason other than manufacturer's
defects or defective parts, the following shall apply:
1. A refund of the purchase price (merchandise only) will be
granted once the merchandise has been returned in good condition,
in the original packaging (shipping paid by customer).
2.
An exchange will be granted once the merchandise has been returned
in good condition in the original packaging (shipping paid by
customer).
